Call for revolving fund for CLTS in Ghana

At Ghana’s first National Environmental Sanitation Conference (NESCON) in December 2010, one of the recommendations put forward was that the government should set up a revolving fund for Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) initiatives, in collaboration with Micro-Finance Institutions (MFIs) and local government.
